Our Most Advanced
Surface Yet

Engineered for durability,
inspired by nature.

Named after the Aravalli mountain range, which runs through Carysil’s manufacturing home of Gujarat, India, this sintered stone surface is Carysil’s most advanced surface.

Working with the natural strength of minerals and refined through advanced engineering, Aravalli is a surface designed for lasting performance.

Durable by nature and sustainable by design, it provides a reliable foundation for everyday use.

Why Sintered Stone?

Aravalli is a 100% natural mineral surface, created through a high-pressure, high-heat process known as Sintering. We fuse clays, feldspars and natural pigments at pressures of up to 400 BAR and temperatures reaching 1,200°C.

Creating an exceptionally hard, dense and non-porous slab, which is available in a substantial 20mm profile for a premium feel (12mm options available for specific design needs) and across 18 stunning decors, covering matt and satin finishes, to suit any style.

Worry Free Worksurfaces

At Carysil, we are proud members of the Worksurfaces and Fabricator Federation.

Your home is your sanctuary and the people who build it should be safe.

While Aravalli is a low-silica product, its true innovation lies in being 0% Cristobalite.

Through precision controlled cooling, we prevent “devitrification.” This ensures that no crystalline silica (the harmful dust associated with traditional stone cutting) forms within the slab.

Aravalli is a future ready solution that eliminates the risk of respirable crystalline silica (RCS) during fabrication. It is fully compliant with international guidelines and UKAS tested, offering you beauty without compromise and peace of mind for the craftsmen in our industry.
